Fly fishing amongst the willows and in the shade of cottonwoods,
alder and ponderosa pine offer a variety of environments.
From undercut banks, riffles, runs, bend pools, channels and
pocket water to deep pools and meanders, our private waters
provide exhilarating fly fishing for novice beginners
and experienced anglers alike.

Doc Thompson has been stalking wild trout in Northern New Mexico's many gems for twenty years. Doc first discovered the lure of the Waters of Enchantment while backpacking the mountains of the Philmont Scout Ranch which neighbors Cimarroncita. Doc's patience and calm demeanor present a comfortable atmosphere for guiding anglers new to the sport as well as teaching experienced anglers new techniques.
